The SoCal Ghosts would like to welcome our newest teammate - Whistler.

He's been a paintballer off and on for many years, but this year took it up again with a passion while playing with the Ghosts and enjoying the camaraderie that comes with being a part of this team. He just recently played in his first scenario, Decay of Nations IV, and will hopefully be playing in a few more before this year is up.

Please welcome Wayne, aka Whistler, as the newest member of San Diego's premier scenario paintball team!

As team captain I get the honor of announcing our newest team members as each one makes it through the process of membership. Their sponsors have done an excellent job finding our new teammates, so without further adieu, here they are:

Busterdude, aka Justin, first impressed the team with his medic skills at Road Warriors I earlier this year. He's been playing with us ever since and has even helped ref Castlemania back on July 12th. A solid player, full of hustle, loves the game and plays with honor (the perfect Ghost!) - Welcome Busterdude!

Grant, son of Robotech and in need of a callsign, joins the ranks of the junior Ghosts contingent. He loves being out on the field with his dad and the rest of the Ghosts and has a lot of enthusiasm. He'll help keep the Ghosts going for the long term as us older Ghosts head off to the paintball retirement home - Welcome Grant!

The Ghosts continue to grow as we welcome Anyillator into the fold!

Anyillator, aka Austin, just took up paintball as a serious hobby in the last year and has developed into a great player. We first met him in January at Viper's Road Warriors scenario where he impressed everyone with his medic skills. He followed up on his introductory period at Big Game 14 and then the Iwo Jima Big Game where he played medic again.

He plays an aggressive style that compliments our mix of younger & older Ghosts. He also happens to be a great medic/role player and not afraid of jumping into an outmanned battle. Welcome to the team Austin - hope to see you out there again soon!

The Ghosts are proud to welcome our newest members - Jester & John (who will soon earn his callsign).

We met them first at Road Warriors, camped and played with them all weekend. We got a good vibe about these guys and hoped they would inquire about joining the team - sure enough, they did! These two showed us that they are the same hard working, stand up, honorable type of guys who make up the Ghosts and they understand that sometimes the best times at a game are often back at camp, not necessarily out on the field.

The guys recently moved here to SoCal from Texas where they earned their scenario stripes as regulars at Viper Scenario games. They are now the 6th father son duo to join the team.

Welcome aboard guys - we'll see you at Blood Diamond II at the end of March for your first event as Ghosts!

Robotech has been in involved in Southern California Scenario Paintball for many years. He has driven PUGS, tossed more grenades then the Airborne elite, and even has a rocket launcher built under his Marker.

Not only is he a stand up player but he also makes it a point to help out fellow players new and old, whether he knows them or not to, push our sport forward. He stepped up to help the Ghosts ref our First Big Game before he was even an official member.

It is an honor to have him join our team. Keep your eyes peeled cause soon you will see him and other Ghosts marching a legion of PUGS at a game near you.
